I / we agree to pay the full reasonable costs incurred by Thames Water in implementing the sewer diversion.

I / we confirm that to the best of my / our knowledge that the information given is correct and complete and that by completing this application form it does not mean approval will be automatically granted.

Failure to include all the required information may result in the application being delayed.

Refund Policy

Refused application

If your application is refused, we will charge our administration costs and refund the balance.

Cancelled application

If you cancel your application, we reserve the right to charge all costs reasonably incurred to cover administrative and investigative work carried out prior to the cancellation. Each case is reviewed separately, as some cases are more technically involved than others

Notification of cancellation

If you wish to cancel your application, you must notify us in writing by sending an e-mail to developer.services@thameswater.co.uk.

Refund period

You should receive your refund within 28 days of us confirming the balance due.
