Important note

If you require an upgrade of your water supply and need the existing water supply to be disconnected please complete the new or replacement connection online form.

To complete this form, you will need the following:

  • The applicant's full name, contact number and email address.
  • Address of site where you would like the permanent disconnection.
  • Details of the supply you are requesting to be disconnected.
  • Site location plan.

If you share a supply with one or more neighbours, you will need their permission before disconnecting the supply.
