Complaints

We try our best to get things right first time, but realise that we occasionally don’t achieve the high standards we set ourselves.

If you’re concerned about any aspect of our service, your first step should be to call us on 0800 009 3921. If we aren’t able to quickly resolve your complaint, our case management team will investigate and call you back within two working days.

Alternatively, please write to developer.services@thameswater.co.uk marking your email for the attention of the case management team. We’ll reply to your complaint within five working days of receiving it, and will tell you the contact details of the case manager dealing with your complaint.
